License Agreement

Last Updated: May 10, 2026

1. The SoDevX License

The codebases, architectures, and UI/UX designs crafted by SoDevX represent premium, high-tier intellectual property. This document outlines the licensing terms under which our digital assets are distributed and utilized.

2. Custom Client Projects (Exclusive License)

Upon full payment for custom web or app development services, SoDevX grants the client an exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the final compiled product for its intended commercial purpose.

  • Source Code Access: Clients may receive access to the source code as specified in their individual contract.
  • Resale Restriction: Clients may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the custom source code or core architectural framework to third parties without explicit written consent from SoDevX.

3. Digital Assets & UI Kits (Standard License)

For pre-built components, 3D assets, and UI kits purchased or downloaded from the SoDevX ecosystem, we grant a standard, non-exclusive license:

  • Allowed Usage: You may use these assets in personal or commercial projects.
  • Prohibited Usage: You may not extract the raw assets (like our signature 3D particles or glassmorphism CSS) and resell them as standalone products or as part of a competing UI library.

4. Open Source Contributions

Occasionally, SoDevX may release certain tools or libraries under open-source licenses (e.g., MIT or Apache 2.0). These specific repositories will contain their own LICENSE file detailing the exact permissions and limitations.

5. Enforcement

We actively monitor the web for unauthorized use of our proprietary designs, code structures, and brand assets. Violation of these licensing terms will result in immediate legal action, DMCA takedown notices, and termination of all service agreements.
