1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the premium digital products, APIs, and cinematic web experiences crafted by SoDevX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the complex interplay between our advanced architecture and your usage. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our digital assets.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The SoDevX ecosystem is a proprietary matrix of code, design, and artificial intelligence. All source code, 3D assets, UI/UX designs (including our signature glassmorphism and magnetic animations), algorithms, and databases are the exclusive intellectual property of SoDevX. Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use of Infrastructure

Our servers and applications are engineered for high performance. Users must adhere to the following protocols:

  • Do not attempt to bypass our automated security measures or DDoS our infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated scrapers, bots, or AI agents to harvest data from our cinematic interfaces without explicit API access.
  • Do not inject malicious code into our forms or attempt to disrupt the fluid 120fps animations of our applications.

4. Client Services & Deliverables

For clients engaging SoDevX for custom web, mobile, or SaaS development:

  • All project scopes, timelines, and technical architectures will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
  • SoDevX retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the final product in our portfolio and showcase sections.
  • Upon final payment, specific IP rights will be transferred as detailed in the master service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute perfection and zero-downtime, SoDevX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products, including but not limited to data loss, server latency, or third-party API failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where SoDevX is legally registered.
